Nova Med Global Return Policy
At Nova Med Global, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Custom-Made Products: As most of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Custom Items: Non-custom products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at with@novamed-global.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Photos of any damage or defect (if applicable)
We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will request photos of the damage or defect to evaluate the situation. If the product is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after processing.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at with@novamed-global.com.

8. Customs and Tariffs
For international orders, customs and tariff fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the order not being refunded.
